True homebased business success, in my opinion, lies in finding your passion. Doing what you love is is critical because that is what will keep you in it for the long haul.

Why is finding you passion so important? When you do what you love it does not feel like work anymore. You are motivated. You actually like what you do. What a rare gift you will have. Do you have any idea how many people hate their jobs?

I would venture to say that almost 90% of the people you talked to would love to change jobs for one reason or another. Its either the money, the time, the stress and for many the job in itself. These are the reasons that most people site for why they would like a homebased business.

For me it was all of them.

To summarize, I hated my job. It ate up too much of my time. I was stuck working 2nd shift and never saw my family. I was in the middle of a massive layoffs for 2 years and the stress nearly killed me. No job is worth that.

Whatever you reasons are, this time you have a chance to do something that is rewarding and fullfilling, do not squander it away.

You see many of us are drawn to a home business opportunity thinking that we will get freedom. However, if you are not doing something that you are passionate about you will be right back to a job very quickly. Without the inspiration to keep fighting you will fail.

Doing something just for the money will never make you happy. Believe me I was stuck for 20 years doing a job I hated because it payed well.

Despite how many people claim to want a homebased business, many do not follow through. They either do not find instant wealth and give up, or they struggle to have long term success.

I know that may sound obvious, but if you do something you love you will hang in there. You are willing to learn from mistakes and keep at it until you reach your goal. And if your only in business for the money then you will find even more challenges.

Money may allow you to have a better lifestyle, so the task may seem worth while. However, people who do things on purpose, because its brings joy to them as much as allow for a better lifestyle, stay in business longer and have greater success.

Part of the challenge I had when I got started was that I was strickly in it to free myself from my other job. And my business suffered because of it. When you are working with the "whats in it for me" mentallity, you do not give good service. This is a position of lack and will sabbotage your chances.

Conversely, when you work to give the best of yourself, the position you come from is one of concern for providing and doing your best.

I spent alot of time looking at what I was doing, what I should be doing and research why I wasn't getting where I wanted to be.

I pulled back from my business and started to ask myself: "Why did I choose this opportunity?"

Did I like the money part? Did I like the product? Did I really believe I was doing what I should be doing?

During that time I also got involved in some giving opportunities at our church. I actually took off some time at work, unexcused, to volunteer. I took the risk of diciplinary action from work to be there. It was one of the turning points in my life.

By making a stand for what I believed was more important, I discovered my passion and my purpose.

I took that experience and put what I learned into my efforts in my business. It was like a turning on the light switch for me. I finally got it. And my business exploded! I spent some more time looking at how I could give even more in my business and this website was part of the evolution.

I wanted to assist others to be prepared for success and then guide them to reach the goal. When I talked to people about opportunities that I worked with, I found I was better at identifying those who would be right for this or that because my interest was in giving service, not just making money.

I wanted for everyone to have success and I didn't want to team up with someone who wasn't right for the opportunity. Instead, I began to give them pointers on how to find what may work better for them.

I took money out of the equation. And the money came anyway. I easily could have taken what I had learned and copied the other GRQ guys and made a system to sell for $49.95. But showing you how to create real success is what matters to me.

By providing you with enough information, you can make the best decision for you. Then you will have a better odds at achieving your goals.

I choose to offer my experiences so that you could avoid some bad choices yourself.

The universe has plenty of prosperity for everyone. There is no need to try to make a buck through ill fated means. Giving quality and expert service and doing something you love will serve you much better in the end.
