Using Network Marketing for Homebased Business Success

Network Marketing is by far the best opportunity for Homebased Business success . They have, by far, the best compensation and systems designed for anyone to achieve success. And making large amounts of income rather quickly can be accomplished if your a prepared for success.

First lets clear things up for those who are unfamiliar with NWM. Network Marketing is often lumped together with MLM's, which is unfair to both opportunities. The biggest difference between the two are the bases for sales. NWM is based on a direct sales system and MLM's are based on multi-level sales. Meaning, one is a direct sales system, there is one sale and it pays one person directly. In multi-level, the one sale pays out to several levels of people. These levels are called downlines and can be several levels deep, minimizing profit potential.

Do not confuse either of these with the pyramid schemes of the past. In those deals all that happened was people paid to get in the line and the money was disbused to the different levels. No actual product was ever bought and sold. In both NWM and in MLM there is product being sold and people are being paid based on the program.

One of the similarities is that both NWM and MLM offer a business opportunity if one choses to become involved. However, you may just be a reseller of products. The income opportunity increases however, if you become involved. In both situations the income potential is really unlimited and alot of marketers make $20k and up per month, with many in the $100k area.

NWM has the overall best opportunity in my opinion because of the higher profit margins. And you are not dealing with a downline. One sale, one profit to one individual. Versus, with MLM since you are sharing all profits with someone, you have need to move a lot of product and have a large downline to see a significant income.

As is typical with any opportunity, there are several companies to choose from. Many NWM companies try to duplicate the success of others by offering virtually the same type of product and pay structure. So I would advise that you do you research before getting involved, its always the best way to go. One thing to look for is longevity, how long have they been in business? You do not want to get caught up with one of these copycat types and be out in less the years time,as many often do. In selecting what is right for you, be sure for one that you like the product. Being able to represent the product and the opportunity to people, no matter what type of business your in is crucial. Integrity is your best bet. If you don't believe and use the product, no one else will either.

In preparing yourself for success, you must find a passion for what you do or you will not be believable. Even though NWM's have a product, they are often centered on the business opportunity thats offered. So this is not really sales in a sense. People are looking for success and a system they can follow to get it. You have the opportunity to be that leader and demonstrate the system. If you do not believe in the system, no one will follow. Here are some need to know facts about getting involved in NWM.

First, be prepared for success. Have the money right and be ready to make a long term commitment to reaching your goal. One of the challenges people often face is the same as in the GRQ's, they do not understand what the real cost can be to make it.

Second, understand that the "M" in MLM and NWM is for Marketing. You will have to learn to market effectively to have success, just like any other business. The good thing here is that strong NWM companies have a training program and a marketing system as well. You will also have a mentor in some capacity who will assist you. Typically the people in the NWM companies are very helpful and encouraging and as you meet more of them that are successful, you will be able to tap a wealth of knowledge and assistance.

But ultimately, it is up to you to do the work. No mentor will waste their time assisting you if you are not working the system. Successful NWM's are very busy leading teams and growing their own businesses. They will lend a hand, but your responsible for your own success. So be prepared to do the work.

Thats good general advise for any opportunity you may decide to get involved with. It still you responsibility.

Overall, NWM is considered the best homebased business opportunity to make a signifacant income. Donald Trump even said that if were to start over, he would be involved with NWM. NOw thats saying something. Mr. Trump obviously knows how to make money and recognize an opportunity when he sees one.
