THE 10% EFFECT ON YOUR HOME BASED BUSINESS SUCCESS

There are many strategies to achieving success in your MLM or Network Marketing business that can be accomplished with just a small change. I call this the 10% effect. If you were to change certain habits by just 10% the rewards are significant. Put all of them to work and you will be unstoppable.

The first 10% change should come from your giving. Giving has long been a success strategy and there are many ways of giving back to others that will assist you towards your goals.

For one, giving is the best way to deter the attitude of lack. When you give, your saying to God, or the universe depending on your beliefs, that you have abundance. You are demonstrating that you are bountiful and have enough to help and give back to others.

Another is that the act of giving come straight from the Bible and is also documented in several success books. It has been referred to as a universal law. Giving, as addressed in the Bible says that, and I am paraphrasing here, when you tithe back the first 10%, that the Lord or universe has blessed you with, your gift will returned in blessings 10 times over. Essentially making the 90% of what remains grow for your act of faith.

Some success writers have said that the universe abhors a vacuum. So when you make room you can receive more. If you were to donate clothes to the needy than the vacuum is created in your closet, per se, and the universe will fill it in some way either with money to buy more or from some other source.

The same holds true with your money. Until you give back you're not creating a vacuum. When you hoard your money you are actively creating a damn and stopping the flow of resources and abundance to you.

You must first create a vacuum by giving, whether it is clothes, food or giving money away, the vacuum is created once we act in faith.

The key principle in the creation of the TEAMBUILDER SUCCESS SYSTEM was the act of giving. In most MLM's and Network Marketing opportunities the main ingredient is to recruit others into your business. While some may have success in recruiting many do not.

Personally I found that my simple act of giving to those who were challenged in recruiting lead to my success and team growth. Each time I had a new recruit who wanted to join me in my business I would simply enroll them with one of my prior teammates who is challenged in their recruiting process and put them on their team. This act showed that I cared about the success of my team and was willing to do my part and assisting them.

It's important to remember, do not build a dam that will stop the abundance from coming to you. Give until it hurts, I always say, because it never really hurts to give back.

Right now I give away approximately 95% of all my business to my teammates, done so that I can show them that success can be theirs. This act of giving also keeps the floodgates open for me to receive.

This is just one way you can make a 10% change that could turn into an exciting success in your MLM or Network Marketing business and your life in general.
